As per the warranty terms given by Blue Star Water Proofing the company which undertook the repair work for arresting water seepage in my house at House, in case of the leakage of the ceiling due to water seepage in the premises, after the repair/ relaying/ application of appropriate material/ chemical/ quoting, they have to attend to the problem and ensure that the seepage/leakage is attended to/ arrested forthwith within the entire 10 years’ warranty period
To my dismay, the work undertaken by the company is found to be totally patchy/ unsatisfactory/ very poor/bad /below par quality which instead of arresting the seepage/leakage of water from the ceiling has increased the seepage/water dripping to a very high order whenever water is on the ceiling caused by the rains.. In fact we are required to keep vessels to under the ceiling all over the house to manage the high water dripping during rains.
