I have made a rental transaction from axis bank credit card of rs. 49999+ taxes at easemydeal.com. this transaction in the portal is mentioned as “on hold”. It is not credited to landlord and not even reversed into source account. The customer care number and support email which was on the website and mobile app are neither of them are not working. I don’t know what should I do. Please help me to get my money back
