I selected one flat on magic bricks in pune hinjewadi area in megapolis spring society for rent and owner name is Praveen Kumar, Registered mobile no 6913421419, 1st they ask me to share adhar and photo for visiting and then ask INR 2000 as a refundable visiting fees that would be refunded or adjusted against security deposit later.
However when I scold them, they say that they will show me property to make me calm and even after booking visit slot in magic bricks, they never receive my call and not responded on whatsapp and never shown me the property.
I doubt they have any property or just looting money from these scams.

I strongly suspect this is a scam, and they might not have any actual property. Beware of such fraudulent listings!”**
