Rental bike refund was not provided by the company (Royal Brothers) in Bangalore, I book the Activa 6G on 30th Sep 2024 till 7th Oct 2024 but due to certain family emergencies i have to travel back to my home town, i requested the company to provide the 50 % refund of the total amount 2812.75. I have also got refuled the vehicle of amount 500 Rps. I connected with the customer support department and they said it won`t be possible to refund the amount.
