From last two months rent not received from Dtwelve space private limited- Stanza Living, dated 01Sep2022 to till date. No one is responding my calls ,mails and messages. We have given building in 2019 for Stanza living that time due to COVID no rent and again they take. handover in July 2021 but rent not paid. Again they made new agreement from Apr 2022 and paying half rent upto Aug2022, from September we haven’t received rent. We are trying to call and contacting all Stanza guys but no response.
