I had bought a package for Rs 6,500 for rent agreement from Nobroker. After all the docs were submitted, biometric was done on 23rd May. It was told at that time that the rent agreement would be completed within 3 days. Till this date, after 3 weeks also, the process hasn’t moved forward. All relationship managers are just avoiding the calls now.
Please resolve the issue at the earliest!
