I would like to state that i have purchased a plan from one of your executive Mr Aditya Ajay Pal or Mr Ajay Pal when we purchased the below mentioned plan, he said that six months rental and offer is going on with it 2 months free. We have purchased the plan in the month of Dec 2023, now we are getting a msg from air tel to renew the plan.
I was shocked what foolish thing are going in Airtel your executive are trying to bully the customer. Is this type of treatment you are giving to the customer. I have his whatsapp chat with me, his mobile No. is 63873 70834. Pls try and locate this Ajay Pal who is givingfalse promises just to increase the client. Even he suggested to discontinue my old airtel and told to take a new number. This is not fare you are requested to look into the matter and revert back.
