I’ve taken one year voot subscription by paying its price but whenever I try to play old videos, clippings, it displays renderer error. According to voot team, clearing cache , install reinstall would help but even after clearing cache, again same problem. Unable to watch old videos. Ott apps like Amazon prime, Netflix, alt Balaji etc don’t have any problem but why only voot has this problem. It’s annoying, either give compensation or solve the problem.
