I WOULD LIKE TO KIND attention that my instalment was due under NACH debit dt 05/10/2023 under proper balance maintain Bank account but not debit done Again Dt 07/10/2023 not NACH debit matured after waiting I deposited manually But your office imposed penalty of rupees 692 October month

Another NACH was due on 05/11/2023 but I manually deposited on 27/10/2023 but your office imposed penalty of rupees 615 after waiting past experience
So I humbly request please avoid penalty and update of November month instalment with your system
