My name is Pragnesh Solanki. I have been using Vivo X80 pro model for some time now. But I had an accident and got hit and also damaged my phone. I am safe, my phone was damaged so I went to vivo service center to get it repaired but I did not get it repaired as the cost was high. I used the Tej phone for about 45 to 50 days. Still using it. But 7-8 days ago an update came from vivo company. As soon as my mobile was updated, the green color line appeared in the phone. I showed the service center and told me the cost is more than 26000. But my point is that the mobile phone broke almost 2 months ago no problem ever since the mobile updated the green line has come. I believe this is the company’s fault. When I complained to Vivo Company, they gave me a 5% discount by giving me a small bribe like offer. Which is therefore wrong. I request the Sadar Court to give me justice and solve my problem by realizing the company’s mistake. It is my humble appeal to the Sadar Court to repair my mobile free of cost.May my application be considered.
