I logged into Audible this morning to finish an audiobook I started yesterday. It was a Katie Maguire novel by Graham Masterton but books 4 to 9 had been removed from my library by Audible. I was given no notice that this would be happening. I wasn’t given a notification that it had happened.
My 1st contact with their customer service assured me that my library would be restored once I refreshed the page. That was not the case. The second time I was told they had been removed but were unclear as to why. I was given 5 credit refunds but not given a cash refund option. I used the credits but was still unhappy about the credit only option. I contacted them again and was told that since I’d used the credits I couldn’t get a cash reimursment.
If Audible are able to remove titles whenever they like then why can’t they remove the titles I bought with credits and give me my money back instead?
I am also shocked that they don’t have a complaints option.
