I had purchased Independent TV with maximum channel packs…Since last 10 days Star bouquet channels have been blocked…Compliant was lodged with customer complaints no…Initially they responded and promised to resolve my complaint…But now they are not responding…I am feeling cheated. Neither the customer care number is not the nodal officer number. This should be resolved or the customer should be compensated.
