I had an agreement with Finwell Legal Services. They called me and advised that they can assist with removal of my name from debt review. I paid R9685.00 effective March 2024 to August 2024.
I settled all my other accounts and left with bond account which is in arrears. The bond account is a joint venture however the other partner deceased in 2014.
I feel Finwell made a misrepresentation to me hence they never accomplish the agreement. They only assisted in requesting few paid-up letters that I never requested from my creditors.
I’ve also requested the breakdown of the fees they charged me for as well the recording of our conversation from inception of our agreement . This information has not been received to-date.
