We residence of Kuli road, Cross rd no 5,Zakirnagar would like to lodge complaint on behalf of residents of Kuli Road , road no 5 ( East), that in Midst of Residential Area constructed Jio tower on the terrace of a G+2 Buildin (Owner Mr Rashid Khan) without informing anyone of the locality and thereby putting the life of residents in vicinity in hazardous situation for money.
Our complaint is specific that, Mr. Rashid Khan, owner of a grocery shop on said building – had installed Mobile Tower in midst of residential area of Kuli Road ,cross road no 5 ( East) Zakirnagar , Mango , Jamshedpur .
When we ( the residents ), came to know about this fact, we immediately objected the said installation and also requested to the said Mr. Rashid Khan for stoppage of installation of Jio Mobile Tower and also informed him about the hazardous effect of radiation, which emits from the said Mobile Tower upon the human body and also shown him various reports. In 2013, Delhi High Court issued direction to remove towers from residential, hospital (nursing home),school areas.
He simply refused to consider the request of local residents by arguing that it is less harmful than a mobile phone radiation ( which don’t have any scientific proof ) and he didn’t consider to show any license for the installation etc and refused to take social responsibility and welfare of society .
My family is the immediate affected from this tower as our building is next to his building. My elder brother’s wife is 7 month pregnant, my father is 60 plus and have many medical issues , so these lives are vulnerable with the harmful radiation that the tower emits. My Guvava and other plants are dying with the harmful radiation (Picture enclosed ).
As you know that, it is general rule that, the Mobile Tower has to be installation 50 meters away from the residential area as the radiation emitting from the said Mobile Tower causes various effects on human body and worked as slow poison upon the human body. Therefore, various building societies are refusing to install the said Mobile Tower on their building. Hence, the said Mobile Company choosing residential areas as they know that, few people are very greedy about the money and ignorant of their effect.
As per the rules it is the necessary to give structural stability certificate and drawings, building owners’ agreement copy, no objection certificate from neighbors and surrounding areas. But no such consent was taken by him neither he have no objection certificate from us , nor he has shown any license of tower installation while we asked . so , we are very much sure that none of the said procedure has been followed on tower installation .
Apart from that the building strength compatibility has also in question , as the building was built almost 25 year ago , it is ground plus two floor (G+2) Building without any columns or Beams , only it is standing on bricks , it is already risky and despite tower has installed on it that make more vulnerable to specifically us the immediate neighbor .
We therefore request you to kindly look in to the matter personally and see that the above tower is removed immediately from the above House in order to prevent further damage to the health of innocent people of the area.
