I had booked Reliance big tv in april 2018 and delivered November 2018 (Change name- Independent TV) with maximum channel packs…Since last 10 days Star bouquet channels have been blocked…Compliant was lodged with customer customer care number. Initially they responded and promised to resolve my complaint…But now they are not responding…I am feeling cheated. The number of customer care is always busy.. This should be resolved or the customer should be compensated.
