Hello. My Name is Karan Pradeep Nagane, phone number is 8149306869 & email address: karannagane@gmail.com.
I visited Airtel’s website to know how to add a Channel. The easiest way shown was to send a Text Message in the format “ADD <Channel No>” & send it 54325. So, I did the same, the channel got added immediately, it is Channel no 691, I already knew the cost is around Rs. 30/month.
However, now I want to remove same channel, the text message format as shown on the website is “REM <Channel no>”. When I do this, I am getting a reply saying “Invalid Channel Number” & the channel is not being removed.
And now, they are charging me for the same channel Rs. 30 extra in my monthly recharge amount. I have Emailed, Called Customer Service numerous times however to no response.
Please help.
