Hi Team,
I have been facing an issue with JIo Remote from Last couple of days.
My service request number is SR0000154O9PV and a complaint raised on 30.5.
Lot of communication from jio that someone is coming for resolution.
No One is coming and at last a message comes that the issue is addressed and you should give feedback.
find the enclosed screen shot of that message.
But in reality , no one visited and fake /wrong updates . This is fraud .
Can you explain why this happens?
