Please refer to my account number 917973031670 with you. My account has been credited the amount of Rs 7920 (Seven thousand nine hundred and twenty only) on 04 Aug 2021 through Phone pay merchant account. However I have not yet received the settlement amount into my Paytm Bank account.
I have already consulted many times with your customer care in this regard but they couldn’t resolve it.
You are therefore requested to look into my case personally and settled the amount without any further delay.
