Please refer to the trailing email and in this regard it is to state that I have not used this connection for single day. Due to technical glitch at Reliance Jio end; both my internet connection got disconnected on 06.03.2022.
I have took second connection on 05.03.2022 installation of which completed on 06.03.2022.
This second connection was taken to have bigger modem and as a replacement to old connection which was having network issue due to old modem. This replacement advice was given by Reliance Jio Sales Person [Shri Vivek Cell Number – 8369863766].
However my both internet connection discontinued from 06.03.2021 even though i have requested for disconnection of old connection – 912279609879.
I have made several request to revive new connection that is Jio Number : 912235099477 but revival did not happened despite 25 calls on jio help line and six emails.
I was without internet connection for last more than six days. Hence i am entitled to full refund of Rs.4536.46 paid vide PaymentRefNo#IA60396000205032022 on 05.03.2022 for new connection which did not worked for single day.
It is pertinent to mention here that Reliance Jio manager Mr. Pandey (a supervisor to vivek) has assured me that I will get full refund of Rs.4536.46 for my second connection which did not performed for single day & only after Mr. Pandey’s explicit acceptance I have allowed him installation of third connection on my other mobile by paying Rs.2500/- [Refer WhatsApp screen shot of conversation had with Mr.Pandey on his cell number 9082962419, attached herewith ]
Additionally I am also entitled to refund of Rs.1500 paid towards security deposit for old connection Jio Number : 2279609879 [PaymentRefNo#IA60447000129022020 dated 29.02.2020] plus unused period connectivity charges from 06.032022 till 20.03.2022 of Rs.550/-, as this internet connection is not working since 06.03.2022 and had validity till 20-03-2022.
Thus total refund due from reliance jio is as under
(a) for Jio Number : 912235099477 Rs.4536.46
(b) for Jio Number : 912279609879 Rs.2050.00
Total Refund due is Rs.6536.46
If the above refund is not paid to me immediately, I will be forced to take legal action against Reliance Jio for series of cheating.
