Sir,
I have recharged my Airtel mobile on 12/04/2023 at 05-25 a.m through your website (My PANgram) through Net banking vide your trasaction ID – 1737098048IGAPKVPYV6 of Rs. 660.00.
and deducted from my bank account. But, the recharge was not successful. Till today, the amount is not returned from yourself. In this regard , I have complaint you , but no response from your site. Kindly, process to return my amout, otherwise I will go through the Connsumer forum or Ombusdusment Office .
