I have made excess payment in order to transfer my connection to Jio and it should NOT get rejected while transferring all my connections to Jio. I awaited for 2 months, however NO excess amount is refunded by Airtel / Bharti Infratel Ltd. my contact # 860-069-9922
I started communicating with their nodal officer, however I only listen that they initiated the refund, however till date they have not provided
the details of refund, how they refunded my money i.e. courier /cheque / bank details. Total refund amount is expected Rs.2546/-
I request you to look into it and ask them to refund this money at the earliest.
