I would like to bring it to your notice that a relocation request was made 5 days back.
Inspite of repeated calls to expedite, till date relocation has not yet been done.
I would request you to go through the entire communication I have had with your escalation team.
I request to launch a full investigation in this regard for the lack of support so far.
With a heavy heart, I have raised a request for disconnection today because your inefficient team could not do anything in relocating my internet connection.
I will be writing to the department of telecom as well since my children’s education has also been effected due to delay in relocating the internet connection.
