My registered mobile number is 9819308807.
I’m subscribed to Jio Fibers 6 months plan.
However I’m relocating to a new house which is in the same area but jio fiber service is not available there.
Hence I asked to discontinue my service and asked for refund but customer care says refund is not possible WHY?
who’s mistake is this??
And why your installation guys tell that if relocation is not available money will be refunded.
Why such fake promises.
Kindly provide me service in my next location or refund my money…
