I’m using Jio fiber past 6 month, now I’m moving next to my present home but I’m trying to contact several time to Jio customer service but there are not taken care about this case. I’m raise a complaint regarding this incident on 7th Dec but now it was showing Your Request resolved. I don’t know how it is resolved with out my knowledge.

Request to kindly resolved this issue ASAP.
