Hi,

Actually i have shifted in new flat in same society. So i have raised the request for relocation of JioFiber – 3 times. 1st time, my request was cancelled due to address proof copy.

So i have raised the request 2nd time and executive was visited the flat on Wednesday, 5th October and told me that there we will need to connect the wire/cable. so another expert/technician will be visit next day means Thursday, 6th Oct.

But on 6th Oct, request was cancelled again due to address. So i have discussed with executive and they were saying that, you need to pick another option of address in new request. and you need to make the new request.

So these things are happening again and again with address.

Also in this flat, previous jiofiber was already installed.

Also i had request with right address and added the manually address. so i don’t know about that why they have cancelled my request after visited.

Also i am facing the internet issues from past 3 days and my job/work is completely online and need to available online/zoom meetings for many hrs. and doing work on outside clients.

one more thing, after relocation request on 4th Oct (after appointment scheduled/visted), i don’t know about that why request is cancelled on 6th Oct.

So please resolve this issue asap.

Also i have raised the Relocation Request 3rd time on 6th Oct. and yesterday Jio customer care team was saying that your issue solve by 7th oct at 10am.
but again i have called to customer care team at 10:30 am. then they are saying that, your problem/relocation issue will be fixed b/w 8pm-9:30pm in nigth.

So i am very disappointed reg these things again & again of JioFiber Relocation problem. I don’t know about that why they are not relocating.

Can you please check and try to resolve my issue asap.
