Text of Complaint by Sankareswran:

Called up Customer Care.Relocation Request logged on 18 Apr 2019 .Appointment fixed on 19 Apr 2019 (1:50 – 2:50 PM) . Neither technician visited my new home to complete the installation nor he called me and informed about the delays.
Since then I am calling Customer Care every 2 hours and I am getting standard response from every time from every one that the request will be attended in 2 hours and they are attending to it on high priority.But no further actions being taken on my service request and no one visiting my home to address this issue .Also I haven’t received any callback from any one .

Since last 2 days I have spoke to 10 Different Supervisors but no actions taken so far.

I have locked here by paying the annual subscription and also invested on 2 set top boxes.
