I had purchased Jio Airfiber service last year, I relocated to a new location last month…. post that I post relocation of Jio Airfiber connection request in the last month. A Jio executive collected the device four days ago but post that I did not get call from your installation team.
It is more than 40 days now but still the relocation not yet completed.
I had done excess recharge, please refund me the recharge amount of you are unable to
complete relocation.
Please assist urgently to re-install at new location or refund.
I had sent multiple mails to jiocare in last 40 days but each time they are saying your request is in process.
