I have raised relocation request on 15th October with request id R-1343265 .

I called customer care multiple times explaining them the urgency of this issue as I do work from home but they are not giving proper help .

kindly help me in getting the connection or provide me my yearly plan amount so that I can switch to better network.

Never witness such pathetic services .
