I paid jio fiber for a 6 month connection and informed them in advance that I would be relocating to a new home within 2 months. I have been trying to put the relocation request for about a week and there is no proper response from the jio fiber. There is some backend software issue in the jio fiber app and they are paying no heed in fixing it causing a lot of mess and issues to my day to day work. Also the customer support is so unresponsive giving me no proper answers or solutions leading to a lot of loss and not fixing the issue. Even after being a valuable customer who paid for 6 mons they are very irresponsible not even having alternative solutions. Need immediate response or compensation for the pain and the loss caused .
