I have raised a relocation request on 29th Sep and today is 23 oct and it’s been more than 23 days no response from jio. And now when I ask for refund, they are saying that you will not get any refund as per their policy. They deny providing service and they deny providing refund. I have paid 3182.46 for my initial connection and in that I have only used 29 days after that they put my account on hold as I raised a relocation request. And they even charged me 1000 for relocation.
It’s not only me many customers facing same issue please I urge you to get us Justification.
