Text of Complaint by Ashfaque Azad:

This is in reference to my request to relocate my Tatasky connection to my new house. I placed the request on February 22nd 2019 and till date it’s not been done. I have already moved to my new house and my connection and TV is still at the old house. I made several calls and complaints with your customer care executives and supervisors and the service centre and everytime I was confirmed that it’ll be done but it hasn’t been done yet. Now for the past 2 days the Tatasky service centre is disconnecting my calls repeatedly. It’s a bad bad example Tatasky is setting up and I for sure won’t let the inconvenience that I’m facing because of Tatasky incompetent service and false promises.
