I have requested for relocation work on 26th September as I officially transferred to a new location. The technician visited on 28-09-2022 to my old posted area for de-installation after calling 4 times to customer care. Now for reinstallation work at my posted site, I called 6 times to customer care but there is no response from Tata play side.. Everytime when I ask, they are repling the technician will visit within 8 Hour but 8 days gone so far without any bhi action.. I am frustrated with the service from Tata play . I have already recharged my Tata play account and they are deducting usage charge daily without the reinstallation work completed.
