with deep regret, I would like to cite that I have raised a request on 31st May, 2025 for Relocation of my JIO fiber connection with set top box in the same bylane only next house. the schedule date was on 3rd June, 2025. but no one arrived on that day, while I have contacted the Customer helpline, they have rescheduled the date on 5th June, 2025 and the same process continues till date. I dont know why JIO is providing such type of pathetic service for Relocation. The entire CCTV system is connected to this JIO Fiber connection at my house and I have a 1 year old child. I am very much annoyed with the service delivery of such a reputed company. I want immediate resolution to my grievance. I hope your kind authority will look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest. (Screen shots of all Relocation messages I have received are shared in pdf) Regards
