I had raised a request for relocation of my broadband connection ( Request ID: 117918868 )
The request is not addressed and it is 20 days since it was raised.
The guy who was supposed to transfer the connection came to my home and said that he needs to raise a request for some cable from the company and it has been 2 weeks since I last heard from him. Effectively I am paying for a service I am not using for last 20 days and let’s be quite honest the bill amount is quite hefty for a common man.
Please help me get this sorted quickly as I am really struggling to do my office work. I am sure the current COVID situation is NOT a hinderance in any way.
