We submitted a request on 22nd of May for a relocation of our jio fiber for the 29th as we had shifted to another nearby locality. Since 30th they keep saying we have already escalated the issue and in under top priority, still nothing has happened. They are just wasting and postponing the time of the request. We are having work from home and each day we have to connect our hotspots. I don’t understand they just seem not to care anymore it’s like a daily routine for them to have these kind of talks.
