I had a simple request for jio fiber relocation and it has become a mess.

I have been requesting relocation for 2 weeks now.
Day 1 – App did not work (prompt said systems are not responding. Try again later)
Day 2 – App did not work (prompt said systems are not responding. Try again later) Called customer support and executive asked to wait for 24 hours.
Day 3 – App still did not work giving the same prompt. Called customer care and they said my area is not serviceable. While my building has active fiber users. But all executives were dumb.
Day 4 – Tweeted about the concern and waited…nobody responded with a resolution.
Day 5 – Got a call after twitter complaint and executive said he will escalate and asked me to wait for 24 hours
Day 6 – No response from the executive hence tweeted again. Got a call and the executive said the connection will be done in 2 days.
Day 7 – An executive visited my house to check if i was right and if my building really has jio users and found that I was true. He inisted to cancel the current connection and get a new one because the company focuses more on new connections and less on old ones. He was adamant that relocation will not be done he did everything in his power but He couldn’t convince me to get a new connection. Instead, I managed to convince him to relocate. He said the connection will be done within 2 days.
Day 8- I got a call from an executive for visiting my house. I was in the office and requested a visit the next day.
Day 9 – *Today* I got a call from an executive around 11 am asking for my address which I shared right away and took a leave from work for getting it done. Since nobody came, I called him up around 12 and he said he won’t come because he was asked to go somewhere else. I called up the person who called me on the 8th day. He said he can’t help he is in another area. I called up the day 7 guy and he didn’t do anything. After a little bit of convincing, he gave me his manager’s Number who promised a connection today but since I had lost trust in jio, I called Appellate customer support, and they also. promise today’s connection. I tweeted and was told that it will be done today. Everyone I talked to today has lied to me, fooled me. I am feeling harassed, angry, extremely disappointed, and disheartened. I lodged a consumer forum complaint.

Today is 16th Day and every day a new relocation appointment is booked and not acted upon. My recharge amount is going for a toss. My work is being affected and I have suffered financial losses due to all this.

I now feel I need to stand for other customers who are ignored and tortured mentally just like I was.

I might file a legal case against the people who visited or called me because I don’t know if they are jio employees or just fooled me. They might have been frauds hence I shall be going to the police station and book a case against them because none of them is answering my calls now. Taken money and now no response.
