I am following up with jio fiber customer care for more than one week and made almost 50 calls to them for relocation. Everytime, they put the relocation on hold without any reason. The local guy (jio services in our area) is asking to buy new connection. Why they are not relocating when it was promised in the beginning that it can be done in the same city. The service is horrible. Only for installation, they are ready to do but not with uninstallation or relocation. Also, they close the request without any resolution.
