Dear tata sky,
I, pavan k maurya, your trusted customer is completely disappointed from your services.
Your local as well as custer support team both are failed to relocate my broadband. This is still ok if it is taking time to relocate but, who will pay for my losses that I have suffered just due to your fault of putting wrong address.
Since 2nd of July I am calling your customer care daily atleast two time and the same reply I am getting sir three working days.
Can you pay for my following losses..
1. I am a working professional as well as a cibil sevises Aspirant and I am loosing my daily classes just because aj kal aaj kal.
2.my wifi recharge lapses since 2nd July.
Kindly answer me.
