Text of Complaint by Anjali Singh:

Hi,

I have taken a new connection for INR 2828 and hardly used it for 15-20 days, and now I have to move to my home town. I have shifted from Noida to Kanpur, I have requested @121 to relocate my connection, after first mail, I have not received any response from Airtel side. If possible please let me know what is the course of action.  They are neither responding not refunding the amount I have paid for 3 months connection.
