I was a jio fibre customer for past 2 months, installed the service with 1500 rs.
After that got 1 month of free usage and in the second month I have to do a recharge of rs. 470 .. they told me I will get a free pack on the third month..
Now I have to shift my location and it is in the same locality as in the same complex.. but the guy who provided me the service he told me that I need to give him again 1000 rs for installation in the new place.. please help me out.
