On 29th sep, 2019, I have logged service request in TATA sky app, because due to rain my setup box was not working, then i got call from dealer that your address is shown as Sanand in App, so you have to raise relocation request, but my TATA sky dish is installed in satellite at my home since day 1, but he told me to raise relocation request because my address is wrong at APP, so i allow him to raise, then he came to my home and he check the issue, one bolt was removed from dish, he fixed the issue, then on 30 sept, from my APP account, 300 RS is deducted as showing Relocation charges,
Here my question is why am i being charged for relocation, did they provide actually provided any relocation service,
then i logged complaint to customer care, but they told, this is system behaviour any thing change in address, it will deduct 300 RS from your account, it is non refundable
so, please fight with them for this forgery
