On 18th June 2022 I had taken a jio fibre connection and before installation I asked the jio fibre alleppey executive that whether the Relocation is possible or not. They informed that it is possible .
On 17th Aug 2022 I requested for relocation and as per service request nos SR00001CZIBG it should be resolved by 24 Aug 2022
But till date relocation is done and now they are informing that the port in the new location is full so can’t do relocation
In short I am loosing an amount of RS. 1500 paid on installation and Rs. 470 paid as recharge.
If relocation is done due to their non availability of port they should refund the amount andvibtrued sent lot of mails and called customer care also but no action has been taken
On 30th Aug 2022 Mr Kunal from Jio fibre Delhi called and assured me that he will look into the matter and do the needful Nityaajith either the connection is relocated nor refunded the amount
