I have shopped today from Reliance smart saharanpur (link road). When asked for a carry bag, the agent charged money for it.
I specifically asked the billing agent if it is a policy or is it legal to ask for money for a carry bag(sort of a very thin jute/cotton carry bag), he said yes sir and added to his answer that RELIENCE WAALO NE BOLA HAI TABHI TO PAISE LE RAHE HAIN BAG KE.
I need to know if it is legal for them to charge money and if not , how will the compensation process starts?
