Text of Complaint by Kader Al-Shaikh:

On 30/07/2023 I have purchased the Groceries from Reliance Smart, Kandivali East, Mumbai.
While purchasing, I have checked Taj Mahal Tea 1kg price was a 530/- in Shelf, after purchasing I paid money to Cashier, where Cashier charged me
Of Rs 742/-. Instead of RS 530/- When I asked her told me to go to customer care.
I approached to the Customer care, where I was informed that, the offer Taj Mahal Tea finished, but they forget to remove the Lable of Price Rs 530/-.
Immediately, I have returned the tea, and ask him to pay back my money, but they told me that, they can’t return the cash, instead they issued me Credit Card for the said amount, while I paid hard cash to them.
Infact it was Reliance Smart Mart mistake.
Simply I suffered, now I have to buy from Smart Mart only within Six Months.
Meaning my said amount is Blocked and which Reliance Mart is using & enjoying.
Hence, please don’t go to buy anything from Reliance Smart Mart, they are No 1 Cheater.
