Hi,I took the JIO Fiber connection but now I regret my decision due to their misbehave and careless customer service.Due to the recent JIO Fiber setup box software update, my TV got technically damaged and it’s HDMI port is not working at the moment.
Jio Team has already took my 2500 as security money and moreover they gave this additional problem to my TV.
When I asked to refund my money and take back all the setup and device they were not responding and just misbehaving with me.
I can’t pay extra money to repair my TV because of their software updates and irrelevant behaviour.

I applied for Jio fibre connection and deposited rs 2500 in advance as security the technical team visited on 30 august 2021 but they said all ports are filled and we will solve this issue within 5 days now 16 days have passed but no installation till date After several reminders to Jio customer care issue is unresolved I want my security refund back
