Text of Complaint by Abhishek Deshmukh:

I ported my Vodafone number to Reliance Jio a month back (last week of November) after confirming with the Jio gallery people about the network connectivity. They confirmed there is no network issue in this area.

My Ordeal starts immediately, I cant make calls…. I have to call a number 3 – 4 times every time before I could make a call, even when the call connects, within few minutes, it disconnects or the person on the other side is not able to hear me. This happens with incoming as well as outgoing calls.

I called the customer care regarding the network problems and they says – Your area does not have sufficient network coverage, hence the problem. The do not have an ETA on the problem resolution, one of the call center executives said, it could take 180 days which is 6 months.

Now, I cannot port my number to a different service provider. I have to wait for 2 more months for that to happen. People cannot call me, they get number is not reachable most of the time. I cannot make calls. I have already missed a lot of important calls.
