MY COMPLAINT IS ABOUT RELIANCE JIO NET SPEED PROBLEM
EVERY TIME I CALL THE CUSTOMER CARE SERVICES AND THEY SAY THE “WE SEE THAT THE NETWORK STRENGTH IN YOUR AREA IS GOOD AND THE SPEED PROBLEM MAY BE DUE TO LARGE NUMBER OF PEOPLE USING INTERNET IN YOUR AREA”.
I DON’T UNDERSTAND WHAT KINDA EXCUSE IS THAT BECAUSE WE ALL PAY YOU TO PROVIDE US WITH QUALITY SERVICES AND PROVIDE A KINDA NETWORK WHICH CAN HANDLE A LARGE NUMBER OF USERS AND THE RESPECTIVE COMPANY SHOULD MAKE PROPER ARRANGEMENTS TO DO IT.
I JUST ATTACHED A IMAGE OF MY NET SPEED IT READS “49 kbps” IF WE CALCULATE IN BYTES I WOULD BE “6.12 Kbps”.
AIRTEL ALWAYS HAS GOOD NET SPEED AND IS GENERALLY PROVIDE SPEED ABOVE “30 mbps OR ABOUT 2-3 Mbps” BUT COST THE SAME AS JIO.
SO, I WOULD LIKE THE NECESSARY AUTHORITY TO LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AND DO THE NEEDFUL AS FAST AS POSSIBLE .
