My Reliance JIO mobile services was down since 10 AM in the morning and when i called customer service to register complaint the representative informed that in my area they are working on Technical issue and internet service will be down for 7 hours and 10 mins. This is irresponsible considering the office work time from 9 AM to 6 PM and we use internet connection from JIO,
