Text of Complaint by Rakesh Kumar Rao:

I hereby lodge a formal complaint against Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited for continuous failure to resolve a long-standing service issue related to my mobile connection (Number: 9458725235), pending since [Feb 2023].

Despite raising multiple complaints via Jio customer care, MyJio app, and escalation channels, the issue remains unresolved. Jio repeatedly provides generic and misleading responses such as “network optimization in progress” or closes complaints without any actual resolution or customer confirmation.

This clearly reflects a failure of grievance redressal mechanisms and violation of TRAI Quality of Service (QoS) regulations. The service quality has remained consistently poor, causing inconvenience and financial loss.

I request TRAI’s immediate intervention to:

Direct Jio to resolve the issue permanently with transparency, or

Take appropriate regulatory action for non-compliance, and

Grant suitable relief/compensation.
