I’ve been complaining about the slow internet service since the month of April. And all they came up with the excuses are due to IPL or heavy usage and that they couldn’t provide me a date when it will be resolved. I’ve complained 6-7 times again in the month of May and they gave me the same old excuse, heavy usage, can’t provide dates.
They have been saying this since few months back and still my issue isn’t resolved. My complaint is last year whenever I used to complain about this same issue, they used to resolve my issue at the very instant or if not they gave me a date or time of resolution.
But, since this year all they say is can’t give me any date or time of resolution nor the issue is resolved. I made one of my friend called the customer care and complain about this issue and they gave him the time of resolution. But to me always the same excuse and answer but no results.
Me as a customer it’s frustrating to wait for such a long time for the results where I always recharge with the hope it might get better.
